Shipping Policy

When ordering your products, we offer two options, Royal Mail Tracked 48 and standard Royal Mail First Class.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a tracked service and standard Royal Mail First Class Is not tracked.

All shipping is free over £25.

Returning an item:

In Store – we offer a voucher for the item returned.

Online – please post the item back to our flagship store in Bath and we will email you a voucher for the value of the product.

All items will be checked that they are in a resaleable condition.
