When you buy any product in store, we always ensure that we wrap the item to ensure minimal chance of breakages.
We also hold a holding service for anything that you buy at Fat Giraffe Gifts. We always suggest if you see something unique that you like, pay for the item to secure and we can hold it for you, for when you would like to collect another day – even if you see something through the window, contact me to hold it, as unique pieces to tend to sell and we cant promise it will still be there the next day.
Shipping
From store
Sometimes Customers like a unique piece but are travelling home on public transport. We offer a shipping from store service also.

This enables you to purchase your amazing gifts and we can ship to anywhere in the UK or Europe. We would quote you for the shipping and work together to ensure we get the items delivered safely to your chosen destination.
Wholesale Inquires
We can always help you with any wholesale enquiries and are always interested in talking further. Our rough wholesale timeline for any products is approx. 4 months from order. This is because everything is handmade and then shipped direct from Bali.
